Cancellation Policy

Group courses and private sessions will require final payment to be PAID in FULL, via CASH or ZELLE , 72 hours prior to the start date of session. If final payment is not received by that time, you forfeit your deposit and will be forced to rebook according to all policies and procedures. ALL Deposits for classes and courses are NON-REFUNDABLE or NON TRASNFERRABLE. Meaning, once deposit has been received, you will not receive a refund if requested. If by chance, you will not be eligible to attend selected course date and/or time for any reason, your deposit will not be transferred to any other available date and/or time. 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD: If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule according to availability.
