Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 23 hours of scheduled services will be charged 50% of the service balance. If you no show to your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of total service and you will be BANNED from future bookings. 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD: If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule according to availability. All Permanant Makeup (PMU) service: All remaining balance will require a cash ONLY payment at the point of approval of tattoo pre-drawing.
